Grand Hotel Ortigia, Syracuse

The hotel had a mix of old-fashioned and cool rooms with unexpected views. The service was outstanding with friendly and helpful staff. The location was excellent for both leisure and work purposes. The dining experience was wonderful and plentiful. The facilities provided added convenience and comfort to the stay.

The high-ceiling rooms provide ample storage space for your belongings. The service was accommodating, even assisting with minor requests. The location is superb, with helpful staff and affordable parking. The dining options may not meet the expectations of every guest, but the overall experience is delightful.
